Reviews
Fantastic experience! Great food and portions, live music and a belly dancer! The atmosphere was exciting and intimate at the same time. Staff was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious.
An extraordinary restaurant in a 17th century Moroccan architectural setting with excellent traditional food and service. If you want to experience Moroccan cusine and hospitality at its best definitely the place to be.
Enjoyed the whole experience of weaving in and out of the small Medina passages before reaching the Riad. The building is incredible and you are instantly taken back in time. The staff are warm and friendly and couldn’t do more to make us feel at ease. We chose 2 tagines which were both very rich. I only wish we were had the couscous on the side. If you are looking for a great Moroccan experience, look no further!
Love this place for their attentive service and great ambiance. Staff are friendly and always looking out for your needs. This place feels like a Moroccan palace. They also performed traditional live instrumental music during dinner. Food is good and there is a wide variety of choices.
The restaurant is pretty with belly dance performance on Sundays. We ordered drinks at the rooftop then had our mains downstairs.
The vibes on the rooftop is pretty chill. We ordered chicken&vegetables cous cous and royal trid - food was mediocre but portion was generous. The female receptionist was very friendly but the male waiters were not that attentive.
When it comes to payment, we didn’t have enough cash with us at the time so we opt for card payment. The waiter asked us if we have cash or if we can do half cash half card payment. We told him no as we don’t have enough cash with us and HE WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT. Appreciate the tipping culture here but with the service and food that we got was NOT TIP WORTHY. Especially not after him trying to make us pay by cash. If the restaurant doesn’t take card payments, then don’t offer it as a form of accepted payment.
Traditional, tasty dishes.
Fun and interactive environment.
Excellent staff and a warm and inviting welcome.
Definitely recommend, if you a want traditional Moroccan dining experience.
It was my wife’s birthday, and they went the extra mile to make her feel special.
We went there for lunch around 2:00 pm. The place was quite empty. We sat at the rooftop, which is cute and charming. The food (briwouat, zaalouk and tride) was less than average. I wouldn’t go back.
Absolutely amazing, from the minute we stepped in to the minute we left, we were served drinks on the roof top then taken downstairs for food, there was a wide choice and a couple of set menu choices, we chose 4 courses for 400drh and there was so much of it, soup, bread, beef on cous cous with delicious veg, slices of orange with cinnamon finished with mint tea and some biscuits, I'm still full 5 days later lol
